usage:r3 [-c <arg>] dimension  <dimension>parent  <element>
changes parent for an r3 element within the given domain

set [-d <arg>] [-f]   change/set a parent for an r3 element within the given domain(s)
unset [-d <arg>] ...  change to no parent for an r3 element within the given domain(s)

r3 dimension dimension parent set

Changes the parent of element to parent.
