
Saves translations as an XLIFF document in an XML file. Each translation section contains the following information:
location for the translation
source language
target language
datatype (i.e., plaintext)
a unique id (trans-unit)
the source term (source)
the translation (target)
This command has three sub-commands.
usage:r3 [-c <arg>] translation save save various dictionary data to file all [-f] [-u] save all dictionary data to file only [-f] [-u] save only explicit location data to file inherited [-f] [-u] save inherited location data to file
For these sub-commands, the filename is optional. If it is not provided, the output is sent to STDOUT.

Saves all translations across the project workspace.

-f: forces overwrite of existing

-u: saves only the untranslated
terms.
r3 translation save only location [ file
]
Saves the translations for the supplied
location only.

r3 translation save inherited location [
file ]
Saves the translations for the supplied
location and for all inherited
locations.
r3 translation save inherited prevents import conflicts by implicitly flattening translation data so that everything appears to belong to the specialized location. Then, when you're ready to merge your translations, r3 translation merge writes at the specialized location.
